ScalePeace is a simple weight logging app with optional cycle context. This Privacy Policy explains how the app handles user data.

1. Data You Enter in the App

ScalePeace may store the following information when you enter it manually:

• Weight entries
• Weight units, such as kg or lb
• Entry dates
• Optional period start and end dates
• App settings, such as default unit and display preferences

This information is used only to provide app features such as weight logs, charts, history lists, optional cycle markers, data export, and app settings.

2. Local Storage

Weight entries, optional period entries, and app settings are stored locally on your device. ScalePeace does not require an account and does not upload these entries to a developer server.

3. Optional Cycle Context

Period tracking features are optional. If you choose to enter period dates, they are used only to show manual cycle markers and period-to-period chart context inside the app.

ScalePeace does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, fertility prediction, ovulation prediction, pregnancy prediction, or automated health assessment.

4. Data Sharing

ScalePeace does not sell your manually entered weight or period data. The app does not share your manually entered weight or period entries with the developer's server.

5. Advertising

ScalePeace may display advertisements using Google AdMob or Google Mobile Ads. Google and its partners may collect or process data such as advertising ID, device information, app interaction data, approximate location, and ad performance data to provide, limit, personalize, or measure ads, depending on your device settings and consent choices.

ScalePeace does not send your manually entered weight entries or period entries to advertising partners for advertising targeting.

6. Data Retention

Manually entered data is kept on your device until you delete it, clear the app data, or uninstall the app. The app does not maintain a separate cloud backup or server account for your manually entered entries.

7. Data Deletion

You can delete your data in the following ways:

• Delete individual weight entries in the app.
• Delete individual period entries in the app.
• Use the app's "Delete all data" option to remove local app data.
• Use Android system settings to clear app data.
• Uninstall the app from your device.

Because ScalePeace does not use user accounts or developer cloud storage, deleting local app data removes the manually entered data stored by the app on that device.

8. Data Export

ScalePeace may provide an export feature that lets you export your local records as a JSON file. Exported files are controlled by you and may be stored, shared, or deleted using your device or file manager.

9. Children

ScalePeace is not directed to children. The app is intended for general users who want to keep a private local weight log.

10. Security

ScalePeace stores manually entered entries locally on your device. You are responsible for protecting access to your device. No method of electronic storage is completely secure, but the app is designed to avoid unnecessary collection or transmission of your manually entered health and fitness data.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
