1. Data You Enter in the App
Mood Check Log allows you to enter and save the following information:

- Energy score
- Stress score
- Selected tag, such as Work, Sleep, Food, Social, Health, or Other
- Short optional notes
- Date and time of each check-in
This information is stored locally on your device using local app storage. The app does not require an account, login, or server connection to save these check-ins.
2. Local Storage and Retention
Mood Check Log stores your check-in records on your device. These records remain on your device until you delete them, clear the app data, or uninstall the app.
Mood Check Log does not operate its own server for storing your mood, energy, stress, tag, or note entries.
3. How You Can Delete Your Data
You can delete your saved check-in records in the following ways:
- Delete individual check-ins inside the app, if available.
- Clear the app's data from your Android device settings.
- Uninstall the app from your device.
Because Mood Check Log does not use accounts or a developer-operated server for check-in records, uninstalling the app or clearing app data removes the locally stored records from that device.
4. Advertising
Mood Check Log may display advertisements using Google AdMob or other Google advertising services. These advertising services may collect or process data such as:
- Advertising ID
- Device information
- Approximate app interaction data
- Ad performance and diagnostic information
This data may be used to provide, maintain, measure, and improve advertising services, including personalized or non-personalized ads depending on your settings and applicable laws.
