- Optional notes entered by the user
These records may relate to food behavior, habits, wellness, or nutrition-related self-reflection. The app does not ask for your name, phone number, account login, precise location, payment information, or medical records.
2. How Your App Data Is Stored
The snack craving logs and settings you enter in Crave Pause Log are stored locally on your device using the app's local storage. They are not sent to a developer-operated server.
Because the records are stored locally, they are generally available only on the device and app installation where they were created, unless you manually copy or export them using a backup feature provided in the app.
3. How Your Information Is Used
The information you enter is used only to provide the app's core features, including:
- Saving and displaying your snack craving logs
- Showing records by date in the calendar view
- Calculating simple summaries, such as today's log count, 7-day success rate, average intensity, and top trigger
- Allowing you to review, edit, delete, or copy a backup of your saved logs
Crave Pause Log does not use your entered craving logs for medical diagnosis, treatment, professional nutrition advice, or guaranteed weight loss results.
4. Data Sharing
The developer of Crave Pause Log does not sell your personal data and does not share your locally saved craving logs with third parties.
If you choose to copy, export, or share backup data outside the app, that action is controlled by you and may be handled by the other apps or services you choose to use.
5. Advertising
Crave Pause Log may display advertisements through Google AdMob. AdMob and related Google services may collect or process certain information, such as advertising identifiers, device information, approximate location derived from network information, app interactions, diagnostics, and other data, depending on your device settings, consent choices, region, and Google services.

6. Data Retention
Your snack craving logs remain stored on your device until you delete them, clear the app's data, or uninstall the app.
The developer does not maintain a separate server-side copy of your craving logs.

You can delete your data in the following ways:
- Delete individual craving logs using the delete option in the app.
- Clear all saved app data using the app's data management option, if available.
- Clear the app's storage from your Android device settings.
- Uninstall the app from your device.
Because Crave Pause Log does not require an account and does not store your craving logs on a developer-operated server, there is no separate account deletion process for this app.
8. Backup and Export
The app may provide an option to copy a backup of your saved logs. If you use this feature, the copied data may be placed on your device clipboard or shared through tools you choose. You are responsible for where you store or send exported backup data.
